The FC Way
Firecracker Dillon Medina is not just a collection of travel teams--it's a culture. FC DM is a structured, development-focused program that provides every player a place to play and grow at their own pace without undue pressures. Serving players from all over greater LA, FC DM intends to be 'home' for players across all levels from 10U to high school. Players are instructed with the future in mind, gaining the confidence and skills to meet goals across all age levels of the program through college recruitment.

Who We Are
Here at FC DM, we align specific skills goals at each level of play, and then coaches design methods for developing those skills with their specific rosters in mind. This individualized approach allows our players to grow at a pace their makes sense for them, ensuring all players get what they need in order to be competitive now and in the future.
10U
With four teams under our umbrella this Fall, 10U is our largest age group. Our 10U teams will focus on developing game IQ and improving fundamental skills, transitioning to travel, and building upon the success of our Spring teams.
12U
12U will feature two to three teams this fall, Following the promotion of our second-year 10s Spring team. Players will continue to adjust to their growth and the speed of the game, learning more situational awareness and position-specific responsibilities.
14U
Built around defensive coverage, pitch selection, situational hitting, and mental toughness, our 14U teams will begin to prepare players for high school level play and the rigors of college recruitment.
16U
16U will really dig deep into college preparation: players will experiences showcases, dig deep into elite level skills at their primary positions, and really cement their place on the field.
